Conducting regular health assessments and medical examinations of employees to ensure their fitness for work Providing immediate medical care and treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses Developing and implementing health promotion programs to enhance employee well-being Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to manage complex medical cases Advising on occupational health and safety standards and practices to prevent workplace hazards and accidents Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records for all employee consultations and treatments Participating in health education and training programs for employees and staff Contributing to the development and review of health policies and procedures within the organization Education Qualification Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution Valid license to practice as a Doctor in Gujarat Experience Minimum 6-10 years of experience as a Doctor in a clinical or occupational health setting
