We are seeking a Health Services Program Manager that will play a pivotal role in driving the success of key initiatives for the UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Health Plan. In this role, you will:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs designed to meet CMS requirements, address member needs, and achieve organizational objectives

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency, teamwork, and innovation to ensure the seamless delivery of impactful programs

• Set clear goals, track progress, address challenges, and maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring programs align with UCLA Health’s mission to enhance the care experience and overall health outcomes for our members

Salary Range: $68,800-141,000/annually
