POSITION SUMMARY:The Health Informatics and Employee-Well-being Team supports the entire enterprise by managing programs and systems that promote total worker well-being. The Health Services Specialist plays a key role in this effort, focusing on document and record control, development of communications, SharePoint maintenance, and administrative support for the Health Services organization.This position requires regular collaboration with Health Services leaders, clinical staff across the enterprise, and other key internal partners. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Provide administrative support to the Medical Director and Health Services organization. + Serve as the Records Coordinator for the Health Services organization, assisting MPC clinics with records storage and processing individual requests for records, both from employees and the Law organization. + Maintain a comprehensive library of Health Services documents, organizational information and training materials. + Develop and review communications sent on behalf of Marathon Health Services and the Medical Director. + Support Health Services’ Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) framework and adherence the company standard. + Assist in the planning and coordination of Health Services meetings and conferences throughout the year. + Track hours for Collaborating Physicians throughout the year and maintain system used for Health Services clinical licensures and certifications. + Monitor the Health Services general mailbox and support travel and expense reporting for Health Services leadership team. + Collaborate with Health Informatics Analysts, Wellness Professionals, Clinicians, Law, and HR organizations on key Health Services initiatives. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: + Minimum of HS Diploma or GED required + Associate degree or equivalent preferred + 2-4 years of relevant experience working with enterprise business software, electronic medical records, or related system(s) required SKILLS: + Customer focused mindset and excellent time management skills + Strong technical writing and communication skills + Ability to create and update technical documentation + Ability to interact and collaborate with diverse groups including leaders, clinicians, informatics analysts, wellness professionals and external partners. + Strong problem solving and analytical skills As an energy industry leader, our career opportunities fuel personal and professional growth.
