Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Medical Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as the Credentials Manager and subject matter expert for credentialing and privileging actions for the Medical Force. Exercise administrative and technical authority in the management of the credentialing and privileging process for all Army Components and all major subordinate commands. Responsibilities Develop, analyze and coordinate short, mid and long-term range plans and programs in support of the Credentialing/Privileging Program. Research credentialing/Quality Assurance industry best practices and analyzes business processes. Monitor and perform the functions of the credentials/privileging program. Advise in the areas of state licensure laws, DoD policies, DHA Procedural Manuals, Army Regulations and standard for licensure, credentials, appeal procedures.
