Health Unit Coordinator | Pediatric Unit

As a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) for Pediatrics, you serve a vital role in being the communication link for the unit. Responsibilities will include greeting and assisting patients/families, guests, and providers as well as managing telephone communications, organizing and maintaining patient charts, monitoring security of locked unit entry badging system, and performing clerical and receptionist duties to support patient care. 

Schedule Part-time | 36 hours every two weeks | Onsite Day shift | 12-hour shifts | 7:30am-8:00pm  Every 3rd weekend (Fri-Sun) | rotating holidays Pay and Benefits $17.83 or more per hour, pay determined by experience Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts  Part time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! One year experience with office procedures and equipment with computer experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
