Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $21.50 - $28.50 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

 

We are looking for a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) to support our skilled nursing facility in Minneapolis ,MN! This clerical/receptionist role would be responsible for supporting the nursing units and staff to keep internal and external communication flow current. Position may assist in management of central supplies for the nursing staff.

Responsibilities/Job Description Notifies Physician/Advance Practice Staff of visits, appointments and coordinates with resident representativeCoordinates transportation, complete referrals for appointments, and orders labs/x-raysAssists in maintaining resident roosters and staffing assignment sheetsAssemble and maintains resident charts for admission, discharge and hospital returnKeeps all forms accessible and current, with filing and faxing as neededTranscribe Physician orders per facility policyParticipates in audits and surveysAnswers phones in a timely and professional mannerUsing preferred vendors maintains levels of supplies for nursing floor.
