Presbyterian Homes & Services of Bloomington is seeking aHealth Unit Coordinator to join our team. The Health Unit Coordinator will provide administrative support to clinical operations in non-nursing resident care activities at nursing stations, or households. Areas of support include data entry, maintenance of resident charts, records, maintaining/ordering supplies and coordination of resident external appointments.
REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Health Unit Coordinator reports to the Clinical Administrator, Clinical Coordinator or designee.

Salary: $19.73 - $25.31
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide administrative support to clinical operations in non-nursing resident care activities at nursing stations, or households in a professional and timely manner.
• Process forms for admissions, readmissions, discharges and resident transfers.
• Schedule resident medical and other appointments, labs and x-rays, arrange for resident transportation, complete outpatient and necessary forms, transcribe physician's orders by computer or manually, maintain resident medical records.
• Manage the nursing supplies and equipment of the household.
Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
