What the day will look like Assist in the development and execution of wellbeing projects and initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Support the development of communication plans and materials for wellbeing initiatives. Facilitate meetings and workshops related to wellbeing projects. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. How is this opportunity different The Project Specialist for APAC Wellbeing will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of wellbeing initiatives across the APAC region, but with a primary focus on Singapore. This position will work closely with Director of Wellbeing and various departments, including marketing, health solutions, and clients, to ensure the successful implementation of wellbeing programs and projects. This position reports to the Head of Wellbeing Solutions, APAC. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Health and Wellbeing). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or management. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of wellbeing programs and initiatives is a plus. Prior experience working in a multinational organization. Familiarity with the APAC region and its diverse cultures. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
