**Responsibilities**
**Position Summary:**
+ The Health and Wellness Coordinator is a key member of the Health & Wellness Services Department, driving the department’s operations and enhancing its impact on the community.
+ This role isresponsible for maintaining and updating department webpage(s) to ensure timely and accurate information supporting seamless online class registrations, and overseeing various administrate and logistical functions.
+ In addition to managing office systems, schedules, program logistics, payment processing, and department databases, the Coordinator actively supports and facilitates non-clinical group education and evidence-based programs.
+ The Coordinator fosters collaboration with program participants, community partners, and volunteers to promote health and wellness throughout the community.
+ Providing exceptional program coordination, clerical expertise, and operational support, the Health & Wellness Coordinator ensures a professional, organized, and welcoming environment forall stakeholders, including patients, visitors, staff, and community members.
+ This position may have access to third party credit card information and transactional systems (cash registers, point of sales devices, applications supporting credit card transactions and reports or other documents containing credit card information) from multiple transactions or reports and/or files containing bulk transactional information containing unencrypted or un-redacted credit card information.
+ Incumbents in this position shall comply with all applicable laws and rules including the Dignity Health Standards of Conduct and Dignity Health policies and procedures that apply to his/her job responsibilities, seek guidance when in doubt promptly report any potential or suspected violation of Dignity Health Standards of Conduct, Dignity Health policy or procedure or applicable laws/regulations and when requested, assist Dignity Health personnel in investigating all allegations of violation.
+ When called upon the incumbent shall assist in risk evaluation and work collaboratively with facility/entity leaders to implement, monitor and mitigate risk corrective plans outlined by the Compliance program.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum:**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination, community health, or a related role.
+ Types 30 WPM with accuracy required
**Preferred:**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred or a related field or equivalent.
+ Spanish language skills preferred.
**Pay Range**
$25.14 - $34.56 /hour
