We are seeking an Investment Banking Associate in our Healthcare sector to help support strong growth in the practice.
As an Investment Banking Associate you will:
Deliver quantitative, qualitative, and analytical support for mergers and acquisitions, as well as various financial advisory services to clients from diverse industries.
Develop company valuations, financial models, and presentations for clients.
Conduct due diligence, managing projects, processing documents, and performing financial and statistical analyses.
Based on experience, Associates may hold positions ranging from No. 2 to No. 4 on advisory teams.
Associates might also be tasked with specific departmental responsibilities, particularly related to business development activities.

Key competencies and skills
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting practices and the capability to conduct detailed financial analyses
Proficiency in financial modeling
Strong writing abilities
Effective presentation skills, especially in preparing presentations
Excellent time and project management capabilities
Sound commercial judgment and awareness
Competence in transaction execution
Strong presentation skills, covering both preparation and delivery
Negotiation expertise
People management skills, particularly in developing analysts and overseeing their work
Strong client relationship management abilities
Extensive regulatory and legal knowledge, ideally including the Listing Rules and the Blue Book
Awareness of the stock market and general economic conditions (both UK and US)
Qualifications/Experience
A graduate with at least a 2:1 degree or equivalent, and
A qualified Accountant or Lawyer, or has completed an MBA, or
Possesses experience in an Analyst or similar role within an Investment Bank or Industry (unless in exceptional circumstances).
