As a Healthcare Data Consultant, you will analyze, strategize and support cost mitigation and utilization within our clients benefits plans. Primarily working with middle market to large group clients, this client facing function will add incredible value to our partnership with our customers. The Sr. Healthcare Data Consultant is responsible for designing risk management strategies and producing measurable outcomes for clients and prospects using data and technology.

What You'll Do Identify, analyze and interpret benefits plan data to identify population risk, financial, and utilization trends. Develop risk strategies through value-based plan design, contribution, and benefits initiatives. Prepare financial forecasts through predictive modeling tools. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality. Enhance the plan communications platform by leveraging technology. Support sales and prospecting efforts in the Large Group Practice. Present plan performance reports to clients on a scheduled basis. Evaluate current product results; identify needs to be filled; monitor competitive options, and analyze and relay customer experience. Travel for client/prospect meetings and incorporate time in the office for planning, preparation, and training. Provide team and client with appropriate timelines to meet expectations and turnaround times. Contribute to the team goals by accomplishing related projects.Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.Perform other duties as assigned. Travel is expected to be up to 20% in this role.
