Sales Specialist CI&I
Drive business growth by promoting CI&I (Clinical Integrations & Insights) solutions portfolio providing expert clinical and technical support to sales teams, ensuring deal success, and enhancing customer satisfaction through product demonstrations, tender process support, and market insights, while actively contributing to strategic planning, competitive positioning, and ongoing innovation deployment across Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and IIG (Italy, Israel and Greece) zones.
Your role:
Promote CI&I solutions through customer visits, seminars, and trade shows.Provide clinical and technical expertise to support sales, drive business results, and ensure deal success.Collaborate with Account Managers to advise customers on product innovations, upgrades, and configurations.Assist in sales presentations, tender processes, and competitive positioning strategies.Contribute to business policy, pricing strategy, and product implementation in line with regional guidelines.Support market growth through installed base programs, sales planning, and funnel management.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.Ensure customer satisfaction, timely support, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.Develop collaboration with Business partner e.g. Local HIS companies.You are the right fit if you have:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent combination of professional experience and studies.Strong background in healthcare and IT environments, ideally with experience in acute care informatics solutions or HIS (Hospital Information System)/EMR (Electronic Medical Record).Solid understanding of healthcare procurement processes, funding strutures, and competitive landscapes.Experience developing strategic relationships with vendors and partners to enhance solution offerings.Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and position solutions effectively.Strong technical acumen to act as a knowledge expert, understanding the full value and functionality of informatics solutions.Ability to align portfolio offerings with customer needs, ensuring seamless integration of solutions.Collaborative approach, working independently while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local languages: Italian and SpanishAvailability to travel 50-70% of the time across the zones.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a field role and we expect in-person activities either at customer locations or in the office at least 3 days a week.
