Your Role

 

Manage change requests, coordinate upgrades, and oversee new developments. Lead the implementation of information systems projects (migrations, new implementations, and others), from requirements gathering to implementation and conclusion, ensuring a smooth transition to support/maintenance and strong user involvement. Efficiently manage the evolving needs of information systems, including corrective maintenance and ensuring the quality of implementations. Coordinate with vendors to resolve daily constraints, ensuring effective and ongoing follow-up on issue resolution. Perform change orders, simple parameterizations, access configurations, and synchronizations. Participate in the implementation of national and international best practices. Identify and address microcomputing needs. Coordinate sub-teams within the IT Systems and Technologies Directorate, including Helpdesk, Project Management, and Systems Administration teams. Your Profile

 

Academic Background:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management and Business Intelligence for Health, Management Informatics, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in Project Management are a plus.

 

Professional Experience:

 

Proven experience in managing and implementing technological projects in organizations within the healthcare sector. Experience in team management and leadership roles. Basic knowledge of ITIL, SQL/PL-SQL, Citrix, Power BI, SQL Server, Active Directory, and Outsystems are a plus. Expertise in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
