Position overview
Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Healthcare Manager (PAH HM) is responsible for the management of hospital accounts and the optimization of the PAH patient pathway. The PAH HM will possess a thorough understanding of hospital processes and decision making and will be able to identify potential patient pathway gaps and link them to our company's strategic priorities and solutions. Identify and implement collaborative opportunities within key accounts to improve time to diagnosis, time to treatment and develop strategic collaborations that shape the local environment, deliver on customer priorities and promote our company's interests.
This role requires someone who is analytical and has excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Understanding the health care environment, stakeholders and brand priorities will be important. Previous customer facing role and cross functional effective collaboration is required.
Location: entire Poland. Preferable: Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Katowice, Poznań
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with hospital accounts and stakeholders involved in the patient pathway.
Works closely with the Commercial Team in the respective account to ensure “One Experience” and the customer understanding the difference of each our company's representative responsibility.
Identify potential patient pathway gaps and link them to the company's strategic priorities and solutions
Deliver series of workshops to optimize PAH patient pathway mapping at account level by collecting insights what the gaps or opportunities are in the patient pathway, support decision making to improve the process in the account and where needed developing solutions that are simple and effective.
Understand hospital processes and decision-making
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and impact of decisions and solutions implemented
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop insights and opportunities for improvement
Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful collaborations on patient pathway optimization. Accompanies the hospital in the implementation of the action plan
Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in hospital account management or worked in the hospital before.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions that are simple and effective
Knowledge of hospital processes and decision making.
Understanding of the healthcare environment and in particular knowledge of the hospital environment
Understanding of PAH patient pathway mapping
Expertise in project management, particularly around patient pathways (optional)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fluent in Polish
Fluent in English
Driving license (cat. B)
