Walter P Moore has an immediate opening for a Healthcare Marketing Manager (HMM) to join our dynamic firm. The Healthcare Marketing Manager (HMM) helps the firm's healthcare practice increase its visibility, position itself among competitors, and win work.
Marketing communication strategy planning – Collaborate with market sector and corporate marketing leadership to develop a simple, effective yearly healthcare marketing plan that supports the sector’s growth and business development plans, as well as aligns with the firmwide marketing plan. The process can include participation in BD plan development to identify marketing needs and opportunities in local level plans.Implementation planning – Responsible for working with healthcare market leaders, business developers, and seller-doers to create marketing project briefs for all projects in the yearly Healthcare marketing plan.Management and creation of marketing communications – Select and manage internal and external creative and specialist providers. Oversee a production budget and ensure the completion of all marketing and PR projects in the yearly plan. When necessary, personally write and design marketing communications content and finished pieces. Marketing communications platform elements include:Global and regional collateral materialsSocial mediaWebsiteDesign AwardsConferences/speaking abstractsSpecial events/colloquiaKnowledge management – Collaborating with others, such as the healthcare Community of Practice and other SMEs, the Healthcare Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:Lead the development of a living library of project storiesKeeper of best-in-class response materialKnowledge base/liaisonMarket awareness/trendsCRM usageConnector – Serve as an important point of connection between the healthcare market sector leadership/SMEs and Corporate Marketing. This includes keeping Corporate Marketing informed of the yearly healthcare marketing plan, providing project information as needed, and helping Corporate Marketing staff find and obtain information from healthcare SMEs. The Healthcare Marketing manager will also need to develop strong collaborative relationships with marketing coordinators in all the operating groups. QualificationsQualified candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or a related field (a master’s degree is preferred).At least 10 years of marketing experience within the healthcare industry (additional experience in engineering, architecture, or construction is preferred).Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns (experience in business development is a plus).Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including industry trends, regulations, and key players.Ability to work effectively across various parts of the organization, including the Healthcare market sector, Corporate Marketing, and the Structures, Infrastructure, and Diagnostics operating groups.
