CAH – Human Resources-Healthcare Recruiter– Full Time- Day Shift – 7:30a-5p-Requisition 8298 Job Grade 7: $28.84-$38.22* **This is a hybrid role with office rotations in Carthage and Ogdensburg** Responsible for coordinating and executing full cycle recruitment for multiple facilities of qualified physicians, mid-levels, front-line staff and other key positions to meet current and future staffing needs. This includes developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies. Will be responsible for building relationships with placement agencies, employment services, and colleges and universities. Roles will also include a strong emphasis on candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, relocating, and recommending appropriate salaries to selected candidates. Will work with several departments, practices, and offices to obtain specific information from the practice site to ensure and determine exact needs and "fit" for each position that is being recruited for. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. As an experienced Recruiter you know the demands and skills needed to maintain high integrity of talented physicians, mid-levels, and front-line staff. Qualifications: + Associates degree in a business, healthcare or related field required. + Minimum of 5 years experience and Recruiter or Talent Acquisition certification preferred. + Familiarity with recruiting platforms and candidate sourcing required *The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
