As a Contract Healthcare Recruiter for Central Texas (CTX), you’ll source and connect highly qualified nursing and radiology candidates with hiring managers at our facilities. Your role will focus on sourcing and full-cycle recruitment, building a robust pipeline of talent, and collaborating with clinical leaders, HR colleagues, and business partners to meet hiring goals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, and enjoys problem-solving while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
\n\nDeliver exceptional client service and candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.\nPartner with recruitment management to identify needs and create effective sourcing strategies.\nSource, screen, and guide applicants through the interview and hiring process within established SLAs. \nPrioritize tasks and manage time-sensitive projects to meet deadlines.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.\n\nKey Competencies
