Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This onsite role requires expertise in the NextGen platform. The RCM Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all functions of the revenue cycle process, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire revenue cycle, including patient registration, billing, claims processing, collections, and accounts receivable.Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers.Analyze and improve revenue cycle processes to reduce denials and enhance efficiency.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing, collections, denial rates, and AR days.Develop strategies to improve cash flow and streamline billing processes.Lead and train the RCM team, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve billing issues and maintain accurate patient information.Stay current with healthcare regulations and payer requirements.Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in revenue cycle processes.Manage vendor relationships for RCM-related services and tools, including NextGen software.Act as a NextGen subject matter expert, providing guidance to staff.
