Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Supervisor for our Healthcare Revenue Cycle team with expertise in athenahealth billing software. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, this onsite role will focus on supervising revenue cycle operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency in billing, claims, and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise revenue cycle processes, including patient registration, billing, claims processing, collections, and accounts receivable.Ensure accurate and timely claims submission to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing, collections, denial rates, and AR days.Identify and implement improvements to reduce denials and streamline revenue cycle workflows.Assist in developing strategies to enhance cash flow and billing efficiency.Train and support the revenue cycle team, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve billing issues and maintain accurate patient data.Keep up-to-date with healthcare regulations and payer requirements.Conduct routine audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in revenue cycle processes.Act as the athenahealth subject matter expert, guiding the team in using the software effectively.
