In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, tours, and the sales process to admission. Determines customer needs, assists in appointments with the Health Care Sales Director, and conducts sales appointments and tours. + Manages all activities related to; move-ins, move-outs, and transfers within Continuing Care (Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care). Coordinates details relevant to these processes with other community departments. + Verifies financial information for official documentation and assists customers in the application process + Coordinates with General Services staff on room refurbishing, room keys, and work order process. + Executes apartment releases and move-in advice forms for all residents and notifies departments of vacated units. + Oversees daily census distribution process + Serves as a representative for Continuing Care Sales when interfacing with hospital staff, physicians, and other professional referral sources. **What you will need** + Minimum of 1 year of administrative office experience required + Proficiency in computer skills Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
