**Integrity Home Care & Hospice by BAYADA** is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our new joint venture Assistive Care State Programs office located in **Columbia, MO.**

**Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with Clients to coordinate schedules
+ Answer telephones and assist callers including placing callers into voicemail, process telephone messages and greeting visitors.
+ Work closely with Care Supervisor to coordinate services for new clients
+ Update care plans as needed
+ Data entry and effective communication to field staff re any changes in schedule/care.
**Q** **ualifications:**
+ Two (2) year college degree preferred. High school diploma accepted with relevant experience.
+ One (1) year verifiable work experience, preferably in a related capacity.
+ Proficient in Microsoft computer products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
+ Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.
+ Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
+ Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
