HC Software Demo Delivery Manager (Remote)

PURPOSE:

Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on assigned TriZetto products and solutions. Responsibilities include demonstrating products that are consistent with prospect requirements, awareness of market and competitive knowledge base while maintaining a professional image and relationship with internal and external customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Demonstrate the value of TriZetto Solutions to currents client and new prospects.

2. Develop and implement prospects business requirements into demonstrable use cases to showcase the flexibility and functional of TriZetto offerings.

3. Maintain a strong understanding of TriZetto offerings on new features and functionality.

4. Obtain strong working relationships with external teams; Sales, Product House to ensure the proper offerings are being proposed and demonstrated.

5. Serve as a point of contact and accountable in the development and submission of responses to RFI/RFPs for new opportunities.

6. Mentor Associates growth and knowledge path.

7. Deep knowledge of managed Healthcare solutions from the payer side.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare or Technology discipline, may consider experience in lieu of degree.

Experience: 5+ years of related in the Healthcare Industry. Ideally in the Healthcare Insurance Market. Experience with QNXT TriZetto Software & Solutions a plus.

Technical Competencies:

• Ability to gain an understanding of customer requirements, business goals and competive pressures with the ability to convert those into solution use cases.

• Work with sales team to ensure that the proper products are proposed and demonstrated based on clients requirements.

• Excellent problem solving skills and technical aptitude.

Behavioral Competencies:

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.

• Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently with a strong attention to detail.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 25% Travel Required.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $132,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
