With a focus on relationship building, communication, and negotiation, the HC Strategic Partnerships Portfolio Lead plays a vital role in driving and diversifying revenue and expanding Huron’s HC capabilities.
This role will identify, develop and manage Healthcare strategic partnership expansion efforts (in collaboration with Huron Corporate development), including direct go to market opportunities, alignment / enhancement of existing capabilities, unlocking new markets, developing new go to market paths, and improving Huron wide co-sell collaboration.Qualifications
KEY JOB DUTIES:
Market Opportunity Identification: Stay apprised of market trends, fundraising, and facilitate thorough market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the healthcare sector
Business Case Development: Create comprehensive business cases to support new initiatives and partnerships, including financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment.
Revenue Growth and Scale: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and scale operations, leveraging partnerships and market opportunities.
Project Architecture & Delivery: Architect partnerships into existing HC portfolio opportunities and oversee/support the delivery of engagements with Strategic partnerships from inception, proposal creation, launch through completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project goals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, corporate development, and product development, to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives. Ongoing coordination with Business Unit partnership advancement and vendor support resources.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience architecting and developing proposals and engagement/deal constructs
Strategic thinking with business mindset, manage complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
Ability to work independently and organize workload to provide reliable follow through and meet timelines
Effective and efficient organization and planning skills with the proven ability to manage complex multi-workstream performance improvement projects or multiple concurrent client engagements, while delegating and overseeing the work of junior team members
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills required to synthesize complex data sets and interpret qualitative and quantitative data and trends to implement recommendations resulting in measurable performance improvement and successful organizational change
Impactful and professional written and verbal communication set clear project team direction, develop key deliverables, escalate risks, and influence key stakeholders inclusive of client and internal senior leadership
Ability to collaborate with team members and healthcare leadership to understand business challenges, and develop solutions and approaches to ensure results align with Huron’s growth blueprint
CORE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
6-8+ years of healthcare operations experience
Experience with development and scaling of strategic partnerships
Business development in technology, managed services preferred
Willingness and ability to travel every week up to 50% (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed
