Your tasks and responsibilities:

·       You are responsible to dispatch required field service support.

·       You are responsible to identify required service parts and necessary jobs to be performed.

·       You are responsible for technical evaluation of Customer service requests.

·       You are responsible to complete technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports planning and managing these tasks.

·       You are responsible for detailed functions and within the individual targets and performance parameter.

Your qualifications and experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree in technical / engineering.

·       Modality specific certification.

·       Minimum 2 years’ field experience in similar Siemens modalities.

Your attributes and skills:

You possess strong technical troubleshooting skills.You are a team player with the ability to work independently.
