·         This QA resource will do about 50% Selenium Automation testing and 50% data/DW/ETL/Cucumber testing:

·         Strong SQL skills, preferable on  Oracle and SQL Server databases

·         Experience with ETL/DW /Selenium/Cucumber Testing.

·         Experience with large databases; able to figure how tables map to each other.

·         Strong Communication Skills, Quick learner and self-starter.

·         Basic UNIX understanding (i.e. ability to change directories).

·         Pluses would be the current skill set you were looking for around automation (Java, Selenium, HTML Structures, Frameworks).
