Job Title: Heat Treater Helper

Job Description

The heat treat process begins after the screws are manufactured in the manufacturing building. The screws are moved from the manufacturing building to the heat treat building to be processed. The candidate will be taking bolts that are 12-18 inches long and placing them within a metal rack individually so when the rack goes into the heat treat furnace, they are able to get coated properly. The candidate will be required to stand on their feet for a minimum of 8 hours a day.

Work Environment

Candidate will be working within a state-of-the-art Heat Treat facility. The role requires standing for 12 hours straight on weekends, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays. The candidate will work alongside Heat Treat operators. Temperature-controlled racking rooms are currently being built.

Hours

Friday & Saturday, 11 pm to 11 am

OR

Saturday & Sunday, 11 am to 11 pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $23.13
