Purpose:
JJIM is seeking a highly skilled Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and updating comprehensive literature reviews and evaluating the quality of evidence using GRADE and similar methodologies. This position has a strategic impact at both regional and company-specific levels throughout Latin America (LATAM). As a valued member of the regional Market Access Team, the EBM Specialist will gain broad insight into the strategic objectives of each therapeutic area across various countries and will actively engage in strategic discussions.
The EBM Specialist will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance with guidelines in all deliverables produced by the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Janssen's portfolio. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively transfer knowledge from the CoE deliverables to local teams, including field teams. Additionally, a strong background in epidemiology is required, along with strategic thinking, project management, and collaboration skills.
You will be responsible for:
Develop and update literature reviews.Assess the quality of evidence through critical appraisal using GRADE and similar tools.Propose additional analyses based on clinical data to reinforce the value proposition.Collaborate with colleagues to address data gaps in economic models sourced from scientific literature.Implement strategies to enhance the quantity and quality of literature review activities.Prepare presentations and documentation that illustrate the benefits of the company's products based on available clinical evidence.At Johnson Johnson, we believe health is everything.
