**Job Title: Heavy Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Heavy Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling large and complex equipment, ensuring precise builds, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, rotating through various production tasks while maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. **Responsibilities** + Collect all components required for each assembly task + Install bearings, bushings, and other key parts into machine components + Assemble large and complex equipment made of multiple sub-assemblies + Follow assembly drawings to ensure precise builds + Inspect assemblies to guarantee proper fit and function + Communicate any issues or delays to management + Mount mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems onto machines + Rotate through various production tasks and conduct quality inspections + Prepare finished products for shipment and maintain a clean, orderly workspace **Essential Skills** + Previous experience in mechanical assembly + Experience working with hand and power tools + Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and assembly drawings + Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems + Ability to use drill presses and hydraulic/manual presses + Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines + Strong problem-solving skills with a critical thinking mindset + Drive for continuous improvement and willingness to learn **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that values its employees and offers a supportive work environment. The workspace is equipped with drill presses and hydraulic/manual presses.
