Job Summary 

Zachry Construction is looking for Laborers with experience working in a construction environment. The Heavy Construction Equipment Utility Laborer - Parts Runner will assist with various task assignments throughout the San Antonio, TX, equipment yard, including picking up parts and washing equipment.  

Essential Functions

Picking up parts from various vendors across the South Central Texas area Wash equipment Perform general maintenance Load and unload construction materials May operate hand and power tools of all types and a variety of other equipment and instruments May clean and prepare sites May assist other craft workers Lift, carry, or pull items up to 50 pounds Follow all required safety rules, policies, and guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of roadway construction experience General construction labor skills Basic knowledge of operating hand and power tools of various types Experience operating other types of equipment and instruments is a plus Physical ability to perform assigned tasks (lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds) Must meet MVR requirements and qualify as a driver
