Certification as a Heavy Equipment MechanicWork Experience
2+ years of related experience, proficiency with tools and techniquesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipmentProven work experience as a Diesel or Heavy Equipment Mechanic.Understanding of computer testing technologiesAbility to lift heavy machineryWorking knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systemsKnowledge of DOT requirementsGood working knowledge of CAT, ID and Volvo off road construction equipmentAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsUnderstanding of basic safety practicesPhysically, workers must be able to:
