Job Description:
Diagnose and Repair Equipment: Analyze malfunctions and perform repairs on heavy equipment such as cranes, power shovels, scrapers, paving machines, motor graders, trench-digging machines, conveyors, bulldozers, dredges, pumps, compressors, and pneumatic tools.Maintenance and Overhaul: Rebuild and maintain power equipment, ensuring all machinery is in optimal working condition.Inspection and Testing: Operate and inspect machines to diagnose defects, dismantle and reassemble equipment, and test overhauled equipment to ensure operating efficiency.Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety standards and implement safety as a culture for all employees.Supervision and Training: Supervise and assist mechanics on proper troubleshooting and maintenance procedures, and provide training and evaluations for employees.Documentation: Maintain accurate daily status on all assigned work orders and provide weekly data to the supervisorQualifications:

Work Environment: You will be engaged in commercial construction projects throughout Southern Colorado, including Pueblo and Colorado Springs. Your role will involve operating various heavy equipment and strictly following safety protocols. The work environment is dynamic, offering opportunities for both on-site and mobile operations. Specific dress code and attire requirements will be communicated based on project guidelines.

The pay range for this position is $76960.00 - $93600.00
