Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Service Manager with experience in heavy construction equipment service. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience working with a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, dozers, haul trucks, and graders. Role involves overseeing and managing service operations within the district, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment.

ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage service operations within the district.Ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment.Lead a team of service technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision.Manage the district's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize service operations, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.Collaborate with upper management to align district service goals with overall company objectives.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
