**Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator ($28-$32/hr)** **Job Description** Seeking Bulldozer/Excavator Operators to perform mass grading on a new solar farm. Individuals will clear land, build pads, excavate basins, assist with storm water pollution prevention, etc. Individuals should be well-qualified, safety-minded Heavy Equipment Operators with experience on bulldozers, excavators, rollers, etc. Individuals will be expected to assist site laborers on occasion to reach their next operating task. **Hard Skills/Equipment** + Bulldozer + Excavator + Dump Truck + Roller **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position near Warsaw, Virginia with additional work potential at future new sites. **Work Environment** Individuals will be working in a new construction or civil remediation environment. They will be exposed to the elements, including very hot and humid conditions in the summer and cold conditions in the winter. They will be working approximately 50-hour weeks initially. They will be operating equipment on site and will work in tandem with the laborers on site. They are expected to wear work clothing on site and will wear appropriate PPE gear to include hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, reflective vest, and gloves.
