**Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating excavators and backhoes, as well as a strong understanding of commercial construction environments. **Responsibilities** + Operate excavators and backhoes efficiently and safely. + Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment. + Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations. + Assist with other construction tasks as needed. + Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in excavator and backhoe operation. + OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred). + Strong understanding of commercial construction practices. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in heavy equipment operation. + Familiarity with construction site safety procedures. + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** We are a multi-generational company that cherishes our loyal, dependable, and reliable employees.
