Job Description
Candidates will be working for an excavating company operating Heavy Equipment such as large excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. The role involves working on construction jobsites excavating for new construction basements, foundations, and new site development. Must be able to read blueprints and understand elevations, grade work, surveying, final excavating, and installing water/sewer lines.

Work Environment
Will be working on commercial jobsites in all types of weather conditions, including hot, cold, and rain. The company is a small family-owned business with 12-14 total employees. Crews typically range from 2-4 people depending on the project. The dress code includes steel toe boots, and work hours are from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, with summer hours being the same. Employees start at the shop and head out to the jobsite from there. Must have their own personal hand tools including bags, tape, and hammer. PPE will be provided, including hard hat and vest.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
Benefits once hired:
Company pays 50%
Paid time off - eligible after 1 year and in good standing with company
Paid Holidays - if they fall Monday - Friday (new years day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas day)
401K Match - 100% match at 3%, 50% match of next 2%
