Job Description
You will be working at a landfill where there is no garbage. All of the waste brought in is contaminated soil and construction demo materials from job sites. The candidate must have the ability to operate bulldozers, wheel loaders, motor graders, and scrapers. You will be performing routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles such as checking oil, water, and tires. Knowledge of basic computer skills is required. The role can require physical activity, including heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects over 50lbs.

Work Environment
The heavy equipment operator generally works from 6:30am to 4pm on the 1st shift. There is also a requirement to work one Saturday a month on average, with flexibility to trade or give away Saturday shifts once the schedule is posted. The work environment is physically demanding, involving the operation of heavy machinery and the handling of contaminated soil and construction materials.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $72800.00/yr.
