**Aerotek's client is seeking 4 experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Baltimore, MD.** The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience operating dozers, front-end loaders, and Gradall excavators. The job involves fine/finish grading and will require 60% seat time and 40% labor. **Responsibilities** + Operate dozers, front-end loaders, and Gradall excavators. + Perform fine/finish grading tasks. + Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning. + Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. + Assist with labor tasks as required. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers, front-end loaders, and Gradall excavators. + Proficiency in fine grading and finish grading. + Strong understanding of heavy equipment maintenance and safety procedures. **Work Environment** + The work environment involves operating heavy equipment and performing labor tasks. Safety protocols must be strictly followed. The job requires a mix of indoor and outdoor work, often in varying weather conditions. The dress code is appropriate for construction and heavy equipment operation, including safety gear. **Job Type & Location** + This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, Maryland. **_Qualified candidates will be given a call within 48 hours of submitting an application_** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
