Heavy Equipment Operators needed 30-35HR **Job Description:** Join our transformative journey to turn 1,100 acres into a vibrant new community complete with a school, fire station, park, sports complex, and more! We are currently in phase 1 of 3, focusing on grading the site, and we're searching for an experienced Heavy Equipment Compactor Operator to join our dedicated team. **Shift:** Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30PM some Saturdays when needed **Pay:** $30-35HR **Responsibilities:** + Skillfully operate various types of heavy mobile equipment, including backhoes, excavators, bulldozers, compactors (CAT 815F), trenchers, scrapers, loaders, and more. + May need to do labor duties as well + Assist with stone masonry tasks as needed. + Ensure equipment is well-maintained and report any issues promptly. + Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. **Essential Skills:** + 4-5 years of heavy equipment operating experience + Bobcat Excavator, Bobcat Skid Steers, Wants someone who can run different type of equipment and is open to hopping out of the machine to help with labor work when need. **Location:** + Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Working territory: West Los Angeles to Montecito) + Working on high end neighborhoods on California **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
