**Pay**
A-Operators - $27-30/HR
B-Operators - $24-27/HR
Pay is based on experience, capabilities and how you interview. This role comes with room for pay growth, but to receive an offer, you must have qualified experience for this particular project.
**Job Description**
We are seeking Heavy Equipment Operators for a project in North Charleston.. This role offers the advantage of limited travel requirements, allowing you to be home every night. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be an integral part of our team, performing a range of tasks beyond operating equipment, including manual labor and support activities to ensure project completion.
**Responsibilities (A-Operators)**
+ Operate a variety of heavy equipment such as dozers and excavators
+ Perform fine grading by eye with GPS systems.
+ Assist with manual labor tasks, including shoveling, trench work, and loading/unloading supplies and equipment.
+ Collaborate with the crew to meet project deadlines and completion dates.
+ Ensure reliability and punctuality in attendance and tasks.
+ Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to the team effort.
+ Comply with safety protocols and submit to a drug test.
**Responsibilities (B-Operators)**
+ Operate a variety of heavy equipment such as Haul trucks, skid steers, front end loader.
+ Confident with tasks such as rough grading and various earth moving tasks.
+ Assist with manual labor tasks, including shoveling, trench work, and loading/unloading supplies and equipment.
+ Collaborate with the crew to meet project deadlines and completion dates.
+ Ensure reliability and punctuality in attendance and tasks.
+ Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to the team effort.
+ Comply with safety protocols and submit to a drug test.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Strong work ethic and willingness to perform manual labor tasks.
+ Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
+ Ability to work flexible hours, including potential overtime and weekends.
+ Compliance - drug screen and bg.

**Work Environment**
Work is primarily conducted outdoors in all weather conditions. The role involves physical tasks and requires flexibility in working hours, including the possibility of overtime and weekend shifts.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
