**Job Title: Heavy Industrial Assembler**

**Responsibilities:**
+ Study and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and bill of materials.
+ Determine if all parts are present.
+ Assemble tools and materials.
+ Position parts and subassemblies.
+ Interpret measurements and verify specifications.
+ Assemble components and ensure all parts are fitted and screwed in properly.
+ Resolve assembly and production issues.
+ Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
+ Ensure the working environment is clean and safe.
+ Check shop stock to ensure inventory is replenished.
+ Complete quality control forms.
**Work Hours:**
+ Normal work hours are from 6:00/7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of working other shifts as needed.
+ Ability to work Saturdays from 6:00 am to 11:00 am as needed.
+ Regular and punctual attendance required, with the ability to work overtime, including weekends.
**Essential Skills:**
+ Mechanical aptitude.
+ Manufacturing experience.
+ Mechanical assembly skills.
+ Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to read and comprehend work orders and procedures in English.
+ Reliable, on-site attendance.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
+ High School/Technical School diploma or equivalent work experience.
+ Some electrical aptitude is a plus.
+ Willingness to learn and be cross-trained.
+ Ability to be flexible and multi-task.
+ Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English.
+ Willing and available to work overtime, including occasional Saturday morning shifts.

**Work Environment:**
+ Environmentally friendly shop and warehouse location with cement floors, daylight, and seasonally adjusted temperatures.
+ The work environment includes overhead cranes, moving fork trucks, occasional welding arcs, and exposure to paints, solvents, degreasers, adhesives/sealants, and oil.
+ Wear OSHA-approved personal protective equipment (PPE) where required by company policy or as dictated by safe practice.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00
