Heavy Mechanical Assembler
Job Description

We are seeking an Integration Technician who must be willing to work 1st or 2nd shift. The successful candidate will read blueprints, perform mechanical assembly, and use electrical stripping and terminating tools. The role involves tube cutting, fitting, and installation, with hydraulics installation being helpful. You will also be required to use measuring instruments and hand tools, inspect completed work for conformance to specifications, and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

ResponsibilitiesRead blueprints to understand specifications.Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools and measuring instruments.Use electrical stripping and terminating tools.Carry out tube cutting, fitting, and installation.Perform hydraulics installation when necessary.Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications.Adhere to established safety procedures at all times.Essential SkillsExperience with mechanical assembly.Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience in tube cutting and fitting.Knowledge of electrical stripping and terminating tools.Understanding of hydraulics installation.Additional Skills & Qualifications6 months to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.Working knowledge of safety procedures.Experience in plumbing, blueprint reading, mechanical abilities, tube cutting, electrical stripping, hydraulics, and valves.Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
