**Job Title: Heavy Press Operator - 1st Shift $20hr** **Responsibilities** + Lift hot steel up to 30 lbs using tongs and place it in and out of the press machine. + Operate a hydraulic press to form steel into various pieces. + Visually inspect parts for quality and accuracy. + Train on multiple positions and rotate through different tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in press operation. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + At least 9 months of manufacturing experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience in press operation. + Willingness to learn new positions. + Good job tenure in previous manufacturing roles. + Experience in concrete or construction work due to its physical and heavy nature. **Why Work Here?** We are a 100% employee-owned company, offering significant stockholder value after years of service. PPE is required, including a hard hat, safety glasses, steel toe shoes with metatarsal protection, and ear plugs. Some positions may require a face shield and double ear protection. We currently operate one shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends based on production needs. Longer shifts throughout the week are implemented to avoid weekend overtime. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
