We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Heavy Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs. Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a smooth hiring process. Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate background checks and pre-employment screenings. Track and report recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and improve hiring strategies. Maintain compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies. Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities. Qualifications: 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries. Strong sourcing skills, with experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines. Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required. Why Join Us?
