Responsibilities: + Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, wire transfers, and investment research contracts + Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy in journal entries and monthly reconciliations + Oversee portfolio monitoring, corporate filings, and corporate actions (e.g., M& A) + Maintain logs for expert network calls, political contributions, private investments, and proxy voting + Reconcile personal stock trading records and ensure compliance + Support due diligence efforts and collaborate with senior management on special project Requirements + 5+ years in asset management or fund operations + Experience in audit, tax, or fund accounting preferred + Strong communication skills with a hands-on approach + CPA is a plus, but not required *Please contact Michelle Espejo via LinkedIn or email for additional info and immediate consideration.
