HEDIS LPN Job Description This role in HEDIS Operations focuses on quality performance in healthcare data collection and analysis. The position requires a technical savvy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high-production environment while meeting productivity and quality standards. Responsibilities + Collect and enter market-specific data, review medical records for HEDIS measures, and perform data mining. + Assist in the review and abstraction of medical records to identify opportunities for quality improvement. + Track and trend barriers to care, support quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with HEDIS/STAR measures. + Respond to clinical quality inquiries, conduct calls for quality requirements, and provide administrative support. + Navigate multiple documentation systems and maintain HIPAA standards. Essential Skills + Licensed Practical Nurse + Minimum 2 years of HEDIS experience and/or knowledge + Solid knowledge of managed care requirements related to clinical quality + Strong medical record review and abstraction skills + Research and detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills + Excellent time management and prioritization skills + Strong communication skills + Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint + Critical thinking skills + Results-driven independent worker and self-starter Work Environment 100% Remote, Mon-Fri, 8-5 CST. After hours and weekend work may be required.
