Description + Respond to and resolve incoming support requests via phone, email, and text messages in a timely and professional manner. + Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. + Provide guidance and support for application usage, network connectivity, and operating system issues. + Document and log all support activities, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system. + Escalate complex technical problems to Tier 2/3 support or relevant departments as necessary. + Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved. + Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions. + Maintain knowledge of current software, hardware, and technical support practices. + Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical support documentation and knowledge base articles. Requirements + Proven experience in an IT help desk or technical support role. + Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common software applications. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. + Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools. + Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude. Preferred Qualifications: + Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications. + Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting. + Experience supporting users in a corporate environment.
