Help Desk Analyst
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the healthcare and social assistance industry located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role involves providing helpdesk support to users across the health system, including professionals like doctors and corporate users. The position also entails supporting the patient portal, requiring strong customer service skills and experience. Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm MUST LIVE COMMUTABLE TO PHILADELPHIA, PA Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive support to users in the health system, addressing a wide range of technical issues. • Offer assistance to patients using the patient portal, resolving issues such as password resets and navigation. • Uphold the company's "patient first" motto, ensuring excellent service delivery. • Utilize your customer service experience to enhance user satisfaction across all interactions. • Handle phone-based support, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a personable approach. • Manage work schedules effectively to avoid clashes with other commitments. • Apply your technical skills to train on various aspects of the role, fostering a continuous learning environment. • Draw on your experience outside of the IT field, especially if it involves customer service, to provide a holistic approach to problem-solving. • Leverage your skills in Microsoft, Microsoft Access, Active Directory, Configuration Management, and Connectivity to effectively support users. Requirements • Prior experience in a call center customer service role is essential • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Access • Familiarity with Active Directory and Configuration Management • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues • Demonstrable experience in the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance sectors • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail • Willingness to continue learning and adapt to new technologies or procedures • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • High school diploma or equivalent education level required • Relevant certifications in IT or related fields will be considered an advantage.
