As a Help Desk Analyst, you will provide technology support to Suburban Propane’s employees, contractors, and Franchisees. Responsibilities Accept manage and resolve ACD, Remedy Queue, email, voicemail, & Requester cases.Properly prioritizing, categorizing and routing assigned incidents in the call management system.Identify trends in incoming calls that could be a result of a disruption in service.Resolve basic and intricate hardware problems over the phone.Perform incident research as requested by management.Complete special projects and tasks as assigned by management.Individual must be available for morning, late shift, weekend, & on-call schedules

Qualifications High School diploma, GED or equivalent3 years' experience in Information TechnologyCustomer Relationship Management Software or Remedy experience preferred. Experience using and supporting computer technology in a business environment.Microsoft Office products and experience with PC hardware
