Help Desk Analyst
Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. This role primarily revolves around providing front-line technical assistance to users encountering problems with computer systems, software, hardware, and networks. You can anticipate a strong emphasis on troubleshooting, communication, and customer service in this role. Responsibilities: • Utilize your skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and more to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Serve as a primary contact for technical support, fielding queries through phone, email, chat, or a ticketing system. • Ensure the optimal functionality of operating systems, applications, and other tools by assisting in setting up and configuring user accounts, software, and hardware. • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and backups, to ensure the smooth running of user systems. • Provide basic training to users on system usage and troubleshooting, sharing tips and resources to boost productivity and efficiency. • Collaborate closely with other IT team members to resolve issues and enhance processes. • Document and track user-reported issues and service requests, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. • Follow up with users to confirm full resolution of issues. • Report recurring technical problems and propose solutions to prevent future incidents.
