Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst to join our team. This role is based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and offers a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity. The primary function of this role is to provide customer service and basic troubleshooting to our clients in the IT industry.
OVERNIGHT SHIFT / 100% ONSITE Responsibilities: • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Perform basic troubleshooting on Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite • Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records • Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required • Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and access • Collaborate with team members to solve complex IT issues • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities • Ensure all customer service provided adheres to the highest industry standards • Use problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues. OVERNIGHT SHIFT / 100% ONSITE Requirements OVERNIGHT SHIFT / 100% ONSITE • Candidate must possess strong skills in Basic Troubleshooting • Excellent Customer Service skills are required • Experience with Active Directory is necessary • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows is essential • Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment • Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion • Previous experience in a help desk or customer service role is desirable but not required • detail oriented certification (e.g., CompTIA A+) is a plus but not a requirement • Must have a strong commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
